We are currently developing software for the Global Warehouse Order Automation System, aimed at significantly improving the efficiency of managing international wholesale orders. The goal of this project is to create an innovative system that will be implemented by the end of 2025, enabling our clients to automate order processes, contract generation, and track the status of goods at every stage of delivery—from the warehouse to the recipient.
Key Goals and Features of the System:
• Integration with ERP and e-commerce systems, allowing for automatic processing of wholesale orders.
• Real-time generation of documents (invoices, contracts) and assignment of order numbers immediately after the order is placed.
• Implementation of a goods tracking mechanism similar to courier systems (e.g., DHL).
• The system will provide status updates at every stage: from order picking, loading, border crossing, to final delivery to the recipient.
• The software will automatically generate contracts and documents, taking into account order data and international legal standards.
• Automatic calculation of delivery terms (e.g., INCOTERMS) and other key details in contracts.
• Integration with global warehouses to manage inventory and optimize warehouse processes.
• Notifications of low stock levels and automatic order generation for suppliers, improving supply chain continuity.
• Calculation of transportation and delivery costs based on warehouse locations and recipients.
• Automatic inclusion of customs, tax, and currency exchange costs.
• The system will allow for automatic order placement with manufacturers based on current inventory levels.
• Integration with production tracking, enabling the monitoring of production and delivery progress.
• Recipients will be able to track the status of their orders in real-time.
• Functionality for complaints, returns, and order modifications directly through the system interface.
• The system will offer tools for data analysis, enabling monitoring of process efficiency, order fulfillment times, and cost optimization.
